Maximum cutting width - 1500mm, maximum range from track axis - 2900 mm. The machine is self-propelled and controllable by two operators.
ZT-250 BM Scraper
DESCRIPTION
The ZT-250 BM scraper is a self-propelled machine used to scrape ballast from track shoulders towards the track axis and to uniformly distribute, form and shape the ballast heap as well as to collect ballast excess from the sleepers and moving it towards the shoulder. The scraper is propelled by a diesel engine of 147 kW power, which allows independent movement up to 80 km/h and working speed of 15 km/h. The working components of the scraper are: central plough, side ploughs, scraping device with a rotary brush and two lateral conveyors. Driving and control of ploughs and scraping device is done from a spacious, ventilated and heated cabin.
ZTU-300 scraper
DESCRIPTION
The ZTU-300 scraper is a self-propelled machine used during construction and maintenance of the railway track. With its help, it is possible to e.g. form the ballast heap, scrape the ballast from the track onto the shoulder, move ballast from one side to the other etc. The scraper's propulsion is done by a diesel engine of 160 kW power, which cooperates with an electro-hydraulically controlled four-gear transmission. This allows independent movement at up to 80 km/h, whereas the hydraulic propulsion gives a speed of 1-10 km/h. The working components of the machine are: central plough, side ploughs, scraping device with a rotary brush, two lateral conveyors, stacking belt and a ballast container. Driving and working unit movement control is done from a spacious, ventilated and heated cabin.
WM-15A.03 motor car
DESCRIPTION
The WM-15A.03 motor car is one of the WM-15A series, additionally equipped with an assembly cherry picker, powered by an independent diesel engine. This cherry picker allows performing assembly and maintenance works by two people (picker capacity of 200 daN) at heights up to 11m from the rail head and at a range up to 4.5m from the track axle. The bogie with a cherry picker retains all its traction parameters as regards to the maximum speed, towing power, load carrying body capacity etc.
WM-15A.05 motor car
DESCRIPTION
The WM-15A.05 motor car is a vehicle used to conduct inspections, repairs, painting and maintenance of bridges and railway overpasses. This is done with the help of a special SVABO LIFT device which has two rotary mechanisms that allows working from a cherry picker of 215 kg capacity, at a height up to 5.5 m and below 7 m from the rail head. The picker's basket has an electrical cord of 230V current for powering the tools and a water hose for high-pressure and high-temperature cleaning of objects. The bogie is powered by a diesel engine of 141 kW power, locked with a hydrokinetic transmission which allows movement at up to 90 km/h and a so called slow drive at 0-5 kmh controlled from the picker's basket. The bogie has an electric power generator of 15 kVA, a cleaning unit of 150 bar pressure, elastomer buffers, disk brake and a spacious, ventilated and heated cabin for the operator and 5 crew members.
